"The wheat crop is ready to harvest...time to rejoice and feel nice ...fruits to reap and occasion to get joyous and celebrate life."?? With this spirit , Whitehall School Unchapul celebrated Baisakhi with gusto and religious fervour . Special assembly was conducted by students and teachers of the Red House (Ruby rhinos) to welcome the harvest festival. The religious and cultural significance of the festival was highlighted by an enlightening speech delivered by Mrs Neha Rawat. Children and even teachers had a blast dancing around on the beats of Bhangra and wore traditional attire of Punjab blending with the colours of spring. Children enjoyed the day thourouly and fostered a deep connection with the rich and opulent Indian culture The motive behind the celebration was to apprise the student of the rich culture and heritage of Punjab. Principal Mrs.S.Lal conveyed best wishes and showered her blessings on everyone to have joy and prosperity....????
